"I only knew Jema from the playground at school but had a good feeling she was a good'un. We needed someone to care for my mother in law for 3 weeks whilst we went on holiday. She is registered blind, deaf and rather unsteady on her feet.

Jema instantly gave me peace of mind so we could go away and not worry. She asked all the right questions and soon became mates with my MIL.

Whilst we were away, she went massively above and beyond taking my MIL to the walk in docs and even checking on her several times a day even late at night. She doesn't do her time then leave. She takes her role very seriously.

Jema is professional, trust worthy, knowledgeable, patient, funny, kind and I would have no qualms in recommending her to take care of a loved one.

update: Jema has been supporting my MIL and her mental health through COVID and provided someone else to chat with during shielding. A huge help."

" Jema has been helping my mum who is 92 and has dimentia. Jema has been seeing her twice a week, it has been so good for my Mum that we have just increased it to three times. Jema is so caring and very knowledgeable about caring for the elderly. We like to go away regularly and often for four weeks at a time, so when we go away next time Jema has a package that will be perfect for my Mum and give me peace of mind while I am away. I fully recommend Jema's services, she is sure to have something that will suit your needs."

Jema does s great job at making my life easier and doing the tasks I ask her to complete She does alot of this while I am at work and friend or not i have complete trust In her to respect me and my house. living alone as i do this brings massive piece of mind. " Jema was an absolute star when we were left without a carer for my mum who has dementia at very short notice. Jema stepped in and helped mum and straight away put mum at ease. Her professionalism, support and advice was so valuable and there was nothing she wouldn’t do to ensure my mum had the best care. After having several carers for mum I could easily see why she is so highly recommended.
